Based on concepts and 3D assemblies provided by clients, we perform detailed engineering and generate fabrication drawings with a focus on manufacturability and correct tolerances.

Calculation

We perform stress analysis using FEM, STAAD Pro, or other relevant software, as well as pressure vessel calculations according to applicable codes such as ISO EN 13445.

Pipe stress analysis is conducted using CAESAR II, equipment design using PV Lite, and structural analysis using STAAD Pro.

We produce a full range of documentation, including:

• 2D piping drawings (AutoCAD) and 3D models (PDMS)
• P&IDs
• Installation, operation, and maintenance manuals
